JAMES BAKER Director, Sales and Marketing

Tom Peeples has been building and remodeling in the Lowcountry for over thirty years, and has more than 400 homes worth of experience to his credit. With the help of his wife Mary Ann, Tom has built a reputation for quality and professionalism that has been widely recognized at both the local and natioanls levels.

While growing up in nearby Ridgeland, Tom spent his summers on Hilton Head Island, and has lived here full time since the early 1970s. In addition to his building career, Tom is a well respected community leader who has worked for years to make sure Hilton Head remains the beautiful island we all love.

James joined Tom Peeples Builder in 2005 after 12 years of construction experience in the Atlanta area, which included residential remodeling, and commercial projects. Originally brought on with Peeples as the Remodeling Manager, last year James took his current position where main duties include customer relations and service, as well as coordinating the companies marketing programs.

In addition, he's normally the key contact for custtomers from initial inquiry until construction actually begins. James resides on Hilton Head Island with his wife Jennifer and two children, and in addition to spending time with his family enjoys golf, fishing, and flying light airplanes.
